Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat

Yoga and Ayurveda to restore, rejuvenate and revitalise body, mind and spirit

  • A Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat allows you to get away from the stress and strife of daily life and reconnect with your inner self which is not only relaxing for the mind and body but also allows you to look at things from a fresh perspective.
  • The word Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words Ayur (life) and Veda (knowledge) and is an age-old science respected for its unique theories, approach and preparations for healthy living based on equilibrium of body, mind and soul.

  • Through a variety of detoxification and massage treatments combined with specific diet and lifestyle changes, Ayurveda aims to re-balance body, mind and spirit without harmful side effects.

  • The natural ingredients of herbs help keep body and mind free from diseases.
  • The healing experience involves Spa, Panchakarma, Shirodhara, massage and other detoxification therapies which correct the imbalances within the body and eradicate the root cause of ailments and diseases.

  • Ayurvedic treatment is non-invasive and non-toxic, so it can be used safely as an alternative therapy or even alongside conventional therapies. Ayurvedic treatments can also help stress-related, metabolic, and chronic conditions.

  • In Kerala, the motherland of Ayurveda, we put equal emphasis on Ayurveda and Yoga studies.

Our Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat is held at our affiliate, the Hotel Sandy Beach Kovalam located by the beachfront in Kovalam, Kerala.
